"Please provide copies of reports showing the total number of firearms registered by police in each province and territory and the total number of police firearms inventories submitted (including the number of firearms in each inventory) that are in processing and the number that are backlogged."

"On March 22, 2004, The Mississauga News reported, 'Peel police have been seizing more than 6,000 illegal firearms annually in recent years.'  Please provide copies of reports showing for each province and territory the total numbers and types of firearms (non-restricted, restricted, prohibited) seized by police in Canada since December 1, 1998."
