CANADA FIREARM CENTRE RESPONSE DATED MAY 13, 2004 (Received May 17, 2004) ATI FILE: A-2004-0004/vk

The Compliance Improvement Plan that you received through A2003-0009 was prepared in September 2003.  Likewise, the CIP chart that was part of your A2003-0048 request was also drafted in September 2003.  Both documents stated that a plan was in place.  However, the tasks and target dates within that plan for this project have been delayed.  This was indicated to you in response to your request A2004-0048 (sic).  Therefore, we must advise you that we have no records to respond to your request.
