SO DOES BOTCHING TWO PROGRAMS INSTEAD OF ONE JUSTIFY WASTING A BILLION DOLLARS?

 

Public Safety Minister Anne McLellan: I think that we absolutely need to review the gun control program. The registry is one part of it, and takes up fewer of the operating dollars than does the licensing part of the program.
